Just saw the show on Netflix what an amazing story! I was born in Detroit and grew up there in my early years. Music is very big here especially with me and my family. I’ve never heard of Rodriguez before and was completely blown away by his music and songwriting talent. I cannot believe I’ve never heard of this hidden gem! He’s another great talent to come out of the Motorcity. Another reason to be proud of the great City of Detroit. I will definitely be searching for his music or any live performances. Keep rocking Rodriguez!!! Wow!!! What an amazing story!!!

Saw the show at Slim’s in San Francisco tonight and what a night it was!! I didn’t know whether to expect him to play solo or what, but the 9-piece band was amazing. He just rolled out the great tunes from Cold Fact and Coming From Reality, with a small but enthusiastic crowd singing along to every word.
Saw him tonight at the Barbican in London! It was great the see the legend and hear his amazing voice live. 😀
